A stylist can begin using our services after they have provided all the correct personal information on our website saloncenter.com. After completing all 3 steps of the signup process, they are automatically sent an email indicating their username and password along with the necessary steps for using their website.

Individual Beauty Professionals Obligations
1. Each stylist is responsible for their own security in securely accessing the internet and related services.
2. SalonCenter is not liable for perceived offensive material at any time posted by a member.
3. SalonCenter does not provide technical support or information for computer systems or hardware used by members to access our service.
4. Salon Center will not be liable or responsible for any damages caused by third party companies in relation to accessing our products or services.
5. Salon Center is not responsible for information that is lost or damaged during the membership period.
6. All critical business information is voluntarily provided by each member, and therefore is not to be the only source of that information. All data that is entered into each website is under the ownership of Salon Center and Salon Center is under no obligation to transfer that information back to a current or past user of our software.
7. Salon Center is not responsible or liable for stolen passwords or user ID's.
8. For security reasons, it is the responsibility of each member to periodically update and change their passwords.
9. Each member is responsible for keeping their credit card account information accurate and correct at all times. In the event that a credit card is declined Salon Center has the right to cancel service at any time thereafter.
10. You acknowledge that at any time Salon Center holds the right to alter, update or change any pricing policies for any and all of the services of or related to SalonCenter.com. If SalonCenter.com terminates your membership because you have breached the agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.
11. Salon Center holds the right at any time to upgrade or update any or all of the code that powers our software used by its members. This may cause there to be times where our service is unavailable for reasonable amounts of time in order to alter, fix or upgrade our systems and this knowledge is agreed to upon signup for our services.
